This is a nice & clean, renovated studio with a large lanai with a fabulous ocean view!  Unit features Kitchenette with microwave, coffee, hot plate portable burner for light cooking, kitchen-wares, 5 pc dining set on the lanai, full sized refrigerator & flat screen TV. Sleeps 1-2 people (max).​
Located on-site are a 24-hour convenience store, laundromat, tour desk, surf shop and public parking.
This property is elevator accessible with trash chutes located on each floor.
We try to personally meet all guests upon arrival to get you registered and checked in.  Our office is located in the ground floor of tower 1 (off the sidewalk) and we are open 7 days a week to assist you if needed.  We are available after normal business hours by phone or text and can make arrangements to accommodate late check-in. 
 Location, Location, Location!  We are in the middle of it all.
Much to see and do in Waikiki. The World’s most famous beach is just two short blocks away. Watch the sunsets from nearly any vantage point along the beach and be sure to catch the Friday night fireworks from the Hilton Hawaiian Village 7:30-8:00 PM. The nearby neighborhood includes several major hotels and numerous large and small restaurants and nightclubs.  You will find the kamaaina (locals) very friendly and can ask for their tips on where to go & what to see.
The Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center  and other “World Class Shopping” may be found on Kalakaua Avenue (the street fronting the beach).  A few blocks away you will find famous Kapiolani park and the Waikiki Shell, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Diamond Head, golfing and tennis courts too. 
Parking is available onsite and is located in the below street level garage.  Daily parking fees are approx $25 per 24 hours. Payment options may be selected at the vending kiosk located at the bottom of the ramp.   
But who needs a car in Waikiki?  Everything is in walking distance. But if you have an itch to venture out, the island's bus transit system is awesome and there are trollies that shuttle often between all the major attractions.

Per community house rules, all guests must be registered as required by the on-site building manager.  A photo copy of a valid identification is required for all guests in the unit upon check-in.  
During your stay, any guests visiting you on site are required to sign-in at the Security Desk in the main lobby for every visit. Visitors are not permitted unescorted above the lobby level and may not be in possession and or use of key set. Use of key set is reserved for the express use of registered guests or residents only and may not be used to allow access to anyone other than the resident and guest.
In general, all guests are asked to be a good neighbor and to also comply with the following:
-Loud music or TV is generally not allowed.
-Trash chutes are located on all floors.  Please adhere to posted signing.  If you have items too large for the trash chute, please use the dumpster in the garage.
-Items may never hang over or from a lanai ledge.
-Intoxicated behavior in any common area is prohibited.
-Upon check-out, please place all keys in the key drop in the door to the rear of our office to the right of the security desk in the lobby of Tower 1.  Unaccounted key sets will incur a $100 charge per set.
