2007 Room Rates

$100 - $150 per day  plus applicable taxes

$600 - $800 per week plus applicable taxes

$2500 - $3200 per month plus applicable taxes

There is a $75 departure cleaning charge.  Deposit of 20% (minimum $200) of the rental rate required to confirm  reservation.  Rates subject to change depending on season and availabilty. Please contact us.

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, personal check . Full payment is due 10 days prior to arrival.

Required Stay: 7 nights minimum

Cancellation Policy: Reservation cancellations 30 days or more prior to your arrival will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date there is no refund.

No Shows/Early Departures: Subject to full forfeiture.

Parking: free (assigned)

Other Policies: Maid service is not provided during your stay. Please keep the unit clean.  Please do not hang any articles on the bird netting.

Non Smoking -  This is a non smoking unit.

No pets are allowed.
